The location was favorable, and the staff was super friendly during the whole stay. The room was huge and tidy with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of food to choose from.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Guayaquil for a few nights. The staff was excellent and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Despite a burned-out lightbulb in the lamp next to the bed, everything else was great. The van to the airport at 3:30 AM was convenient, and the enthusiastic young driver made the ride pleasant. The hotel even provided us with a delicious box lunch since we couldn't enjoy the free breakfast. The location is close to the airport and within walking distance of a mall and nearby restaurants. The hot water in the bathroom was a definite plus, and the bed, comforter, and pillows were very cozy. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, they went above and beyond to let us watch the Super Bowl in both English and Spanish.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good afternoon, we returned to my family on vacation, and I was waiting for your hotel staff to transfer me from the airport. Avianca's flight was delayed and we had to rent two taxis, we had 10 suitcases to get to the hotel. As it was close to midnight I had no time or encouragement for the respective claim that I do now. The transfer manager gave the billboard with the name of the hotel to a man who had nothing to do with his hotel, and told me that he was leaving passengers. ????????. It's a real mess. The attention at the door of the reception on the day of the lousy check out, there was a convention of some institution and everyone was worried about them. Although the staff at the check-in was kind enough to offer me the suite for my family, the surprise came, it is located outside the hotel, we had to take the luggage by hand to an apartment tower, so as not to prolong the story, the neighbor in front of the apartment owner had a social gathering with music and noise. In short, it was not a good option for the few hours of rest I needed, since I was leaving for another destination the next morning. If they publish this message, they are really interested in our opinion. Thank you

This hotel has an amazing location in the business district. I love their free airport shuttle that takes me directly to the hotel in no time. The staff here provides exceptional service starting from the warm welcome drink up to the superb room service making my stay more comfortable and unforgettable. Moreover, the room amenities are complete and convenient including the mini-bar and coffee and tea facilities. The peaceful sun terrace and spa & wellness center added to the luxurious facilities of this venue.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a perfect stay.
